VERSATILE CARBIDE BANDSAW BLADE FOR CUTTING CAST ALUMINUM OR ALUMINUM PLATES

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Uncoated carbide blade
  • BREAK-IN blade treatment
  • Universal use on non-ferrous metals
  • Aluminum with automatic and manual sawing machines with blade speed from 2300 ft/min up to over 8000 ft/min
  • High chip production (over 310 in²/min)
  • Triple Height (TH) tooth geometry
  • Clean surface finish and excellent chip removal
  • Long blade life

APPLICATIONS

  • TH3, TH4, TH5 configurations available with 3,4,5 teeth per group respectively
  • TH3 configuration specially designed for operations on automated lines, cutting of small-medium sections or on manual feed machines
  • TH4 and TH5 configurations specially designed for cutting medium-large format aluminum plates for a maximum blade speed of 8000 ft/min
